Our Story
We didn't start as a massive franchise or a faceless national call centre. We began over a decade ago as a couple of time-served Edinburgh plumbers who were tired of seeing people wait days for emergency repairs or getting stung by hidden fees. We knew our city deserved better.
From day one, the goal was simple: offer a genuinely 24/7 service that people could rely on, answer the phone when it rings in the middle of the night, and be totally honest about pricing. Today, we've grown into a tight-knit team of Gas Safe registered engineers covering every inch of Edinburgh, but those core values haven't changed a bit.
